It took me all about five minutes into my initial call with Chef Russ to know that we had found our wedding caterer. With upfront honesty, transparency, and a personable and upbeat attitude, we cannot heap enough praise on this incredible business!! ... When we say that these folks are the total package, we absolutely mean it. Hidden Table managed not just our incredible food, but they coordinated our linen, flatware, bar service, and so many pertinent details that helped elevate our rustic outdoor wedding in Tahoe. With an exceptional assist from the lead staff, Jillian, not a darn thing was out of place. The team was on time (if not early), and worked with our coordinator and venue to transform our reception into a delightful and colorful experience! And then came the food... We're not kidding when we say that this was one of the highlights of the weekend. Everything was cooked onsite and the team made our buffet line seamless and insanely fast. The tri-tip and chicken were homeruns, the plates were full of colorful vegetables, and the mashed potatoes probably stole the entire show! Cap all of that off with a perfect dessert station, and the most dynamic bar staff, and you have the best experience we could have ever hoped for. Our guests could not stop raving about the great food and service. We are beyond grateful to the Hidden Table for expertly executing and adhering to our vision, and leveling up our wedding in every single way. My husband and I hired The Hidden Table to be our caterer for our wedding last week and they did a wonderful job! The food was one of the most important things to us for our wedding; we are both foodies and really wanted to offer our guests a nice me... al and experience. The Hidden Table blew everyone away! We chose a buffet-style dinner of flank steak and salmon, with garlic mashed potatoes, bleu cheese and pear salad, roasted vegetables, an antipasto grazing station, and desserts, and nobody could say enough about how amazing the food was. I was so worried that the food wouldn't be as good as it was at the tasting, but we actually think it was even better. THT is a full-service caterer and took care of all the rentals, bar service (we provided the alcohol), and a coffee station, in addition to the appetizer table and meal, which was so helpful and made planning much easier. Everything they set up looked gorgeous and fit in perfectly with the rest of decor and setup at the venue; they provided wonderful service and cleaned up so well that we got our full cleaning deposit back. Finally, my husband had a silly request for our napkin shape (totally appropriate, just kind of an elaborate design) and our coordinator, Richard, surprised us with the napkins folded in that shape at our sweetheart table, which made my husband laugh out loud in delight and appreciation. We absolutely recommend them for your wedding or any other event, and will absolutely use them for future large events requiring a caterer!
